We can build almost any size rectangular duct. Typically, the larger duct sizes require a heavier gauge metal and special reinforcement, such as angle iron frames. In addition, depending on the application needs, some of the heavier gauge metal requires stainless steel, paint grip, or aluminum.

If you need round spiral duct, we can fabricate up to 84″ diameter. Again, depending on the application, we can use any gauge and type of metal. All oval and spiral duct can be double wall with perforated inners, and wrapped with either one-inch or two-inch insulation, or KFLEX.

Spiral oval dimensions can be manufactured up to 81” x 24”. However, we can – and have made – much larger long-seam duct if that’s what is needed for your project. The same holds true for round duct as well.

We also manufacture specialty items like industrial food grade duct, fittings and PVC duct and fittings.

Material used in manufacturing includes galvanized, stainless steel, paint grip, aluminum, black iron, aluminized, perforated galvanized, and PVC. Gauge metals begin at 10 gauge, and continue with 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, and 26.
